You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.
9. Disclaimers
The Company provides RedCap Task and RedCap Tasker on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Third-Party Service Providers(Service Quality and Disputes)
This Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the quality of services provided by Service Providers. In the event of a dispute, users and Service Providers should first attempt to negotiate amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, mediation may be requested from the Platform. In necessary cases, users and Service Providers reserve the right to seek legal recourse to resolve disputes.
Our platform serves solely as an intermediary connecting customers with third-party domestic service providers. In relation to third-party service providers, we shall not be held responsible for the following:
a) The quality, reliability, and satisfaction of the services provided by third-party service providers;
b) The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the qualifications, experience, and evaluations of service providers;
c) Contractual relationships, contract performance, and dispute resolution between users and service providers;
d) Any loss, damage, or liability arising from the actions of third-party service providers (including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, tort, etc.).
e) We will not assume any legal responsibility for any transactions that occur outside of the platform orders.
We strongly recommend that users carefully review the qualifications, experience, and evaluations of service providers before hiring them, if need the contract, please ensure that contract terms are clear and comprehensive when entering into an agreement with service providers to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

The platform reserves the right to decide the compensation price and retain the right to initiate legal action, insurance claims, or collections litigation against both parties. No appeals will be processed by the platform after 7 days from the end of the service.

RedCap Ticket Purchase Agreement
Effective Date: December 2, 2022
1. Introduction
Welcome to the RedCap Ticket service, provided by EASYCLOUDTECH INC (“the Company”). Through RedCap Ticket, users (“Users”) can purchase tickets, and event organizers (“Event Organizers”) can create, promote, and sell tickets for events. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the RedCap Ticket platform and incorporate the Company’s Privacy Policy and other referenced policies.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RedCap Ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms(include Terms of Use, Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the service signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
3. Roles of Users and Event Organizers
- User: An individual or entity purchasing tickets or attending events through the RedCap Ticket platform.
- Event Organizer: An individual or entity using the RedCap Ticket platform to create, promote, and sell tickets for events.
4. Responsibilities of Event Organizers
Event Organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required for their events.
5. Privacy and Data Handling

The Company is not liable for any losses or disputes arising from the conduct of Users or Event Organizers.
9. Event Cancellations, Postponements, and Changes
- Cancellations: If an event is canceled, Users are entitled to a full refund. RedCap will process the refund once the Event Organizer returns the ticket proceeds.
- Postponements: If an event is postponed, Users may choose to retain their tickets for the rescheduled date or request a refund, subject to the Event Organizer’s policy.
- Changes: In the event of changes to the event time, location, or other details, RedCap will notify Users as soon as possible. Responsibility for such changes lies with the Event Organizer.
10. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, ticket sales are final and non-refundable. For refunds related to event cancellations or postponements, the Company will process the refund after receiving the proceeds from the Event Organizer. Users are not entitled to refunds for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase, failure to attend).
11. Ticket Resale and Waiting List
- Resale: Users are not permitted to resell or transfer tickets for commercial purposes. RedCap may allow ticket resale through a waiting list in certain circumstances.
- Waiting List: When an event is sold out, RedCap may enable a waiting list feature, allowing Users to offer unused tickets for sale. If another User purchases the ticket, the original User will receive a full refund.
12. Third-Party Websites and Content
RedCap Ticket may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
13. Service Fees and Refunds
RedCap charges service fees for ticket processing and platform maintenance. Service fees are non-refundable at the time of ticket purchase.
14. Termination and Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the RedCap Ticket platform or modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be published and communicated to Users in a timely manner.

If seating arrangements change due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company will notify Users in advance and provide comparable seating where possible. The Company will strive to ensure that tickets purchased in the same order are seated together.
19. Health and Safety Protocols
All Users must comply with the health and safety protocols established by Event Organizers and venues (e.g., mask mandates, vaccination requirements). The Company is not responsible for Users being denied entry due to non-compliance with such protocols.
20. Special Terms for Outdoor Activities
- Risk Acknowledgment: Users acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including injury or death, and voluntarily assume all such risks. RedCap and Event Organizers are not liable for any losses or damages.
- Health Declaration: Users declare that they are in good health and fit to participate in their chosen activities. Any health concerns that may affect participation must be disclosed to the activity provider.
- Emergency Medical Consent: Users authorize Event Organizers to take necessary medical actions in case of an emergency, with the costs borne by the Users.
21. Data Encryption and Usage Rights
The Company encrypts all data related to ticket buyers and event organizers on the platform to ensure data security. The Company reserves the right to use such data for marketing purposes, analytics, and service improvements. Users and Event Organizers agree that the Company may anonymize the data for these purposes and send relevant marketing materials via email, SMS, or other channels to Users and Event Organizers.
22. User Disputes and Payment Method Recharge
- Compliance with Event Organizer Refund Policies: Users are required to comply with the Event Organizer’s refund policies after purchasing a ticket. If the User has any concerns or refund requests, they must first attempt to resolve the issue directly through the Event Organizer’s provided channels.
- Unauthorized Disputes: If a User initiates an unauthorized dispute with their bank or credit card company that contradicts the Event Organizer’s refund policies, RedCap reserves the right to request that the User withdraw the dispute and handle the matter in accordance with the Event Organizer’s refund policy.
- Malicious Disputes and Recharge: In the case of repeated malicious dispute claims that result in additional costs to the platform or Event Organizer, RedCap reserves the right to recharge the User's stored payment method to cover any costs incurred, including bank fees, legal fees, or other associated expenses. Such recharges will be conducted in accordance with the User's prior consent under the terms of service, ensuring that the platform and Event Organizer are protected from undue losses.
