Welcome to our home service platform RedCap Task / RedCap Tasker (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"). Before using this platform software, please read the following service terms (hereinafter referred to as "terms") carefully. By registering as a business or individual and using any part of this platform, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform. Businesses or individuals are hereinafter referred to as "service providers."

*Finalizing a booking outside of RedCap Tasker by passes our protections and could result in the loss of access to our platform, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

*By using any part of this Software, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Software/website.

1. Qualification Requirements

a. To become a service provider on our platform, you must have valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, and other relevant documents. Service providers must ensure the authenticity and legality of the materials submitted during the application. The platform shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities that may arise.

 

b. Service providers must provide relevant professional skill certificates, such as child care, elderly care, and housekeeping services. Service providers must ensure the authenticity and legality of the materials submitted during the application. The platform shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities that may arise.

2. Service Quality

a. Service providers must comply with relevant U.S. laws and regulations to ensure the legality, safety, and quality of the services provided.

b. Service providers must commit to providing services that meet platform requirements and protect user interests.

c. Service providers must maintain a good service attitude and ensure user satisfaction.

3. Information Authenticity

a. Service providers must ensure that the information posted on the platform (including but not limited to company profiles, service items, prices, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete.

 

b. If the service provider's information changes, they should promptly update their platform information. The platform reserves the right to reasonably review the service provider's updated platform information, and may refuse updates if deemed necessary.

c. The platform reserves the right to conduct periodic security checks on service providers' information. The platform may pursue legal, insurance, or collection lawsuits against any service provider who violates platform rules or poses potential safety and integrity risks.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

a. Service providers must comply with the platform's confidentiality agreement, strictly protect the user information and data obtained, and not disclose, sell or misuse it in any other way.

b. Service providers must take effective measures to ensure data security and prevent user information leaks, loss, and other risks.

c. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal, insurance, or collection lawsuits against any service provider who violates platform rules or poses potential safety, data, or integrity risks.

d. The platform's customer service security department reserves the right to conduct appropriate investigations into the software's internal or third-party chat tools at any time, primarily focusing on security checks between service providers and users.

e. If the software is used to disclose personal contact information to users (including SMS, phone calls, WeChat, Alipay, WhatsApp, Facebook, various social software, websites, chat tools, or content related to pornography, gambling, or other illegal information etc.), and there is an intent to guide users to conduct transactions outside the platform, such behavior is considered a violation of the confidentiality and data security agreement. The platform and the company have the right to impose appropriate penalties (including verbal warnings, written warnings, deposit deduction warnings, publicizing on online media, suspending accounts, canceling accounts, etc.) and retain the right to initiate court, insurance, or collection lawsuits against the service provider for any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Responsibilities and Obligations

a. The service provider is legally responsible for the quality and safety of the services provided..

b. If a service provider violates these terms, we reserve the right to take measures such as warnings, suspension of service, or termination of cooperation.

6. Fraud and Damage Insurance

Third-party  service  provider should have a responsibility to act professionally, respond to customers, and resolve disputes that may arise. If a professional does not meet this standard, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions at our discretion according to our terms of use:

a. Require the service provider to participate in mediation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes with the customer.

b. Deduct from the service provider's credit card to compensate for amounts owed to us or the customer, damages caused by the service provider, payments under our guarantees, or other fees determined by us at our discretion.

c. Pursue legal, insurance, or collection lawsuits against the service provider.

d. Permanently cancel the service provider's account and prohibit the use of any platform software.

e. In the event of personal attacks, unforeseen circumstances, or other uncontrollable or fatal malicious incidents, please contact the police immediately. The platform guarantees to assist with police investigations and will provide legal and humanitarian assistance to both parties as soon as possible.

 

7. Marketing and Promotion

1.Authorization: By uploading images, text, descriptions, pricing, and other content to the platform, the merchant grants us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the content for marketing, promotional, and media purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to social media, company websites, and third-party marketing initiatives.

2.Scope of Use: The content may be used in whole or in part for the purpose of promoting the platform and the services offered by the merchants on it. This includes the use of such content in advertisements, banners, promotional campaigns, and other marketing materials.

3.Merchant Responsibility: Merchants affirm that they have all the necessary rights and permissions to the content they upload to the platform. Merchants agree to hold harmless us from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from the use of the content in accordance with this agreement.

4.No Compensation: Merchants acknowledge that they will not receive any compensation from us for the use of the content as described herein.

8. Changes and Termination

a. The platform reserves the right to modify, update, and interpret these terms.

b. Both parties may negotiate the termination of the cooperation relationship based on actual circumstances. After the termination of the cooperation, the service provider shall bear the corresponding responsibilities arising from the termination.

Payment and Service Fees: When Parties conduct transactions through the [RedCap Task/Tasker] platform, whether merchants (Taskers) pay service fees to the platform in the form of the platform-specific currency "redcoin," or users make payments to merchants via online payment methods (such as credit cards) for deposits or final payments, such transactions shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Resolution of Transaction Disputes: In the event of a dispute arising from the fulfillment of orders and if either Party opts to file a dispute (hereinafter referred to as "Dispute") with banks or credit card companies, all costs associated with such Dispute, including but not limited to administrative fees, legal fees, and any related expenses, shall be borne equally by the Parties involved.

Malicious Refund Disputes: [Easycloudtech inc] reserves the right to initiate legal action against any Party engaged in malicious refund disputes. Such activities include, but are not limited to, unwarranted refund requests and frequent filing of disputes. [Easycloudtech inc] will pursue such matters in accordance with legal procedures to protect its legitimate interests and those of its platform.

Legal Responsibility: Parties acknowledge and agree that all transactions conducted via the [RedCap Task/Tasker] platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of the law shall be subject to legal penalties.
